JD(S) seeks five key portfolios in Karnataka
H D Kumaraswamy won the floor test in the Karnataka Legislative Assembly on Friday amidst a walkout by the BJP. Now the JD(S) and Congress have gone into a huddle to discuss the portfolios.
The JD(S), sources say has sought five key portfolios which include, Finance, Revenue, Water Resources, PWD and Energy. The Congress is yet to take a call on the same. The expansion of the council is due to take place on Monday.
Rahul Gandhi had asked the Karnataka Congress leaders to prepare the final list and meet him at New Delhi. The Congress leaders are expected to visit Delhi today and hold discussions with Rahul Gandhi.

per
the
arrangement,

JD(S)
the

would
comprise
12
ministers
including
the
Chief
Minister.
