Tamil Nadu CM Jayalalithaa out of ICU
Tamil Nadu chief minister J Jayalalithaa has been shifted out of ICU. She was taken to the ICU two days back to avoid cross infection.
Chennai, Nov 19: Tamil Nadu chief minister J Jayalalithaa has been shifted out of ICU. She was taken to the ICU two days back to avoid cross infection. Earlier it was stated that she may discharged from the Appolo hospital in another four days.
There were strong rumours that the TN CM may be out of Appolo Hospital today. However the talk now is that she is likely to be discharged in another four days.
On Friday, Dr Prathap Reddy of Appolo hospital had said that she had completely recovered.
He also said that right now other systems of her body are being pepped up and her mental functions are fine. He further added that she was shifted to ICU to avoid cross infection.

Jayalalithaa was admitted to hospital on September 22 following fever and dehydration. Dr Reddy said that she was eating normally now and also added that the CM was on a high protein diet. He also said that she was off respiratory support.
