J&K: Petrol bomb thrown at minister's house
Srinagar, Aug 2: A petrol bomb was hurled at the house of Jammu and Kashmir education minister Naeem Akhtar here, police said today.
Minister and his wfie were not present in his house in Parraypora area of the city when the incident took place.
No one was hurt in the attack that was carried out by unidentified persons.
A petrol bomb was also hurled at the office of Road and Buildings department at SDA colony in Bemina area of the city last night, the official said. He said no one was hurt in the incident.PTI
Curfew was imposed in the valley on July 9 to control large scale violence following the death of top Hizbul Mujahideen commander, Burhan Wani, 22.
