J-K: Infiltration bid foiled by BSF, terrorist killed
It has to be noted that the infiltration bids and ceasefire violations from Pakistani side have gone up since the surgical strike by India last year.
The Border Security Force foiled an infiltration bid at the LoC in Keri sector of Jammu and Kashmir's Rajouri sector on Tuesday, said reports.
The BSF spotted a group three to four terrorists around midnight intervening Monday and Tuesday, who were trying to sneak in. The security personnel immediately opened fire on them in which one of the terrorists is said have died.
The exchange of fire is said to have continued for about half an hour.
During a search operation following the skirmish, an AK-47 rifle, six magazines and a night vision device were recovered.

Earlier this month, a 20-meter tunnel was discovered near the International Border by the BSF in Ramgarh sector of Sambha.
