J-K: Afghan national arrested for staying illegally in Baramulla

Police sources said the Afghan national wanted to ex-filtrate to Pakistan via LoC. He is currently being questioned. He is currently being questioned by the police officials.
Offences have been registered against him under relevant sections of the Passport (Entry Into India) Foreigners Act. This comes after the latest attack on Amarnath pilgrims in Anantnag which left seven dead and several others injured.
