Three terrorists were gunned down while 3 jawans injured as the BSF foiled an infiltration bid in Samba District of Jammu and Kashmir this morning.
Samba, Nov 29: Three terrorists were gunned down while three jawans injured as the Border Security Force (BSF) foiled an infiltration bid in Samba District of Jammu and Kashmir this morning.
The BSF spotted suspicious activity in Chamliyal area and sent out a patrol. The patrol was fired upon by the terrorists holed up in a tube well pumphouse.
The BSF patrol retaliated and the following gunbattle left three terrorists dead.
The operation is said to be over as the BSF has has now sanitized the area.
Earlier this morning, two soldiers were injured in a terror attack near an army camp at Nagrota in Jammu and Kashmir. The attack took place at 5.30 AM this morning at Nagrota which is around 20 kilometres away from Jammu.
