Ipad in hand, AIADMK goes hi-tech
The IT wing of AIADMK plans to continue the tech-backed campaign till the polls on November 19.
IT wing of AIADMK seem to be the masters of new age canvassing. Gearing up for the November 19 bypolls in Thanjavur, Aravakurichi and Thiruparankundram, dozens of party workers are busy with door-to-door campaigns. Mere words are passe' and so the teams have taken to iPads displaying achievements of J Jayalalithaa.

The IT wing of AIADMK plans to continue the tech-backed campaign till the polls on November 19. Talking to OneIndia AIADMK IT wing's Secretary Ramachandran said the response has been phenomenal, " Apart from videos showcasing Amma's achievements and work in the constituencies we have also added infographics, data and feedback from voters in the constituency".
This is the first time AIADMK has executed such a tech-savvy campaign idea and the response, according to them is overwhelming. The party hopes that the attempt leaves a lasting impact on the voters.
With their leader still recuperating in the hospital, the IT team definitely has managed to whip up a novel idea to appeal to the voters.
