Hyderabad: Senior TDP leader & MLC Gali Muddu Krishnama Naidu dies at 71
Senior TDP leader & MLC Gali Muddu Krishnama Naidu died at the age of 71, on Tuesday night. Gali was suffering from severe fever since a couple of days. He was shifted from a hospital in Tirupathi to Hyderabad recently for the better care. But due to high dengue fever and multi-organ failure, he died.
He was born on 9 June 1947, in Venkatramapuram village of Ramachandrapuram Mandal in Chittoor District to G. Rama Naidu and G.Rajamma .
He graduated with B.Sc and holds master's degree in arts along with law degree and is well known for his services as a teacher, which actually inspired him to join the Telugu Desam Party.
He enjoyed the support of N. T. Rama Rao, the founder of Telugu Desam Party.
He entered the politics in 1983 when the TDP was initially formed. He has the history of serving as a minister multiple times and won six times as an MLA.
Gali's last rites will be performed at his native village in Chittoor district.
