Hrithik Roshan's tweet on Pope lands him in legal soup
Mumbai, March 30: Bollywood actor Hrithik Roshan's woes do not seem to end anytime soon. Recently caught in a legal battle with actor Kangana Ranaut over their alleged affair, Roshan has been slapped with a notice by a minority community group for his tweet on Pope Francis.
According to TV reports, Christian Secular Forum in Mumbai has sent a legal notice to the actor seeking an unconditional apology for his tweet on Pope Francis.

Roshan thought that he was being witty when he tweeted : "Ther r more chances of me having had an affair with d Pope dan any of d (Im sure wonderful) women d media hs ben naming. Thanks but no thanks," but did not realise that his tweet will court legal troubles.
Roshan has been accused of hurting the sentiments of the Christian community by his remark about the Pope. The legal notice was served by Abraham Mathai, former vice chairman of the State Minorities Commission.
Mathai has sent the notice under Section 295A of the Indian Penal Code, for making unwarranted and uncalled for remarks against the Pope.
Roshan's tweet, dated Jan 28 2016, was allegedly a response to Ranaut with whom he has been linked in the past. Though the actress did not name him directly, she in an interview spoke about a 'silly ex.'
