28 killed, 9 injured as bus rolls down gorge in Himachal Pradesh
More than 28 passengers were killed and nine were injured after a bus rolled down into a 700-metre deep gorge near Shimla's Rampur district in Himachal Praesh on Thursday morning.
According to ANI, the ill-fated bus was on its way to Solan district from Kinnaur district when it fell into the gorge.

The bus was carrying around 40 passengers and met with an accident around 09:15 am.
However, the death toll could rise as the bus rolled down around 200 metres towards the bank of Satluj river.
Civic and police administration started the rescue operations and the injured people have been taken to the nearest hospital.
The cause of the accident is yet to be ascertained and a case has been registered by the police. The NDRF has been rushed to the spot to supervise relief and rescue operations.
Meanwhile, Prime Minister Narendra Modi expressed grief over the death of 15 passengers in a road accident in Himachal Pradesh's Shimla district.
"My thoughts are with those who lost their loved ones in the tragic bus accident... May those injured recover quickly," Modi tweeted.
