HELP! We have been hijacked: Tweet to Modi sends security into a tizzy

A passenger's tweet to the Prime Minister sent security agencies into a tizzy. A Jet Airways flight had been diverted to Jaipur due to bad weather in Delhi. However, a worried passenger thought that the plane was being hijacked and he sent out a tweet to the prime minister.
In his tweet, he wrote, "Sir, we have been in jet airways flight for past 3 hours. Looks like hijacked. Please help 9W355." Soon after the flight landed in Jaipur a thorough check of the passenger who tweeted as @nitinvarma5n was checked and then offloaded.

A spokesperson for the airlines said that a passenger tweeted a message involving a security threat necessitating activation of the security protocol. "The information was promptly shared with the concerned authorities including the CISF, and the Bureau of Civil Aviation Security and local law enforcement agencies in line with Standard Operating Procedures," the statement read.
