For Sasikala, Bengaluru jail authorities say a strict no to politics in Chennai
Indulging in political activity is a strict No-No for Sasikala Natarajan who is currently out on parole. Any political activity including entertaining politicians, supporters and public appearances will be considered a violation of parole restrictions.
Among the five conditions that have been set for Sasikala's bail, the most important is for her to refrain from any political activity. Sasikala is not allowed to visit any other place other than the kin's residence and the hospital where her husband is admitted. Movement restriction stops Sasikala from going anywhere including the Jayalalithaa samadhi or Poes garden or the AIADMK headquarters.

These conditions were read out to Sasikala. She was allowed to walk out of the Bengaluru central jail only after she accepted all the pre-conditions and assured to go by the same. Meanwhile, Sasikala supporters within the AIADMK are all set to apply for an extension of parole.
"Her husband has just undergone an organ transplant and is very weak. He will remain in the hospital for a few days. We intend to seek a parole extension," said Nanjil Sampath, AIADMK MLA who had pledged his support to TTV Dinakaran.
Despite being the interim General Secretary of the AIADMK, Sasikala is not allowed to do anything political. The ground reality is, however, different. Despite a ban on visitors, Dinakaran loyalists have been making a beeline outside her residence, the hospital and en route to greet her. While Sasikala has not been interacting with the media, she made it a point to greet her followers back.
