Fan frenzy surrounding Baahubali 2 reaches crescendo
The first part of the Baahubali series went on to make Rs 650 crore at the box office.
Director S S Rajamouli's magum opus 'Baahubali 2: The Conclusion' opened to a rousing reception across the nation on Friday. The movie, which is a sequel to Baahubali: The Beginning, was released across 8,000 screens in the country.
The fans were seen queuing outside movies from early hours of the morning. The first part, which left everybody with a million questions, went on to make a box office collection of a massive Rs 650 crore at the worldwide box-office and became a cult flick.
Such is the craze among fans that most cinema halls are sold out and people are skipping work to watch the movie.

Fans in Chennai dissapointed
Movie-goers in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, got a rude shock after the police stopped the screening of the much-awaited film, Baahubali 2: The Conclusion, in major theatres across the city, on Friday.
The police officials stated that the theatre owners did not have permission to screen the film.
