Diwali Airfare Sale 2017 has begun. With the festival of lights round the corner major airlines have been offering massive discounts on airfares.

Major airlines like IndiGo, Vistara, and GoAir are offering some deals on flight bookings.

Vistara is offering flight tickets starting at Rs 1149, GoAir is offering them at Rs 1073, and IndiGo at Rs 1141. Here you can do a quick comparison between the sale offers announced by the three airlines.

GoAir Sale

GoAir is offering discounts on flight tickets and the prices start at Rs 1,073. The offer is valid on select routes only. According to the GoAir website, the sale is currently underway and will be valid till October 31. According to the reports, the company has been sending promotional emails regarding the offer. From its official Twitter handle, GoAir has been informing flyers about the offer. Interestingly, the GoAir offer says ‘Low Fare Wednesday', which means that the offer is valid only on Wednesdays. In terms of sale, there is another offer from the company. If you wish to book a flight seat from the GoAir app, you will have to use the ‘GoAPP10' promo code. On doing this, you will be able to get up to 10 percent discount, according to the website. It should be noted that you can avail the ‘Low Fare Wednesday' or the app offer, but not club them together.

IndiGo Sale

IndiGo has announced Diwali special sale and it is offering all-inclusive airfares starting at Rs 1,141. The three-day sale started from October 11, will go on till October 13, 2017. The travel period under the offer is from October 26, 2017, to April 15, 2018. The special fares offer will be available on a first-come-first-serve basis and are non-refundable. Under the sale, there are only select destinations such as Delhi-Lucknow, Delhi-Hyderabad, Kolkata-Jaipur, Jammu-Srinagar.

Vistara Sale

Vistara has announced a new Diwali special offer where flyers can book flight tickets starting at Rs 1,149. Vistara, a Tata-SIA run joint venture airline, is providing flight tickets at discounted prices applicable on all-inclusive airfares. It is a three-day sale ahead of the Diwali festival. Vistara, flyers will be able to book tickets for the economy class beginning at Rs 1,149 and for the premium economy class the prices start at Rs 2,099, according to the company. In order to book a flight ticket on Vistara, you can do so from the company's website ‘www.airvistara.com', Vistara iOS and Android apps, company's Airport Ticket Offices, call centre, and travel agents.

Sale from October 11 to 13

The sale had started from October 11 and will go on till October 13 (midnight). The travel period for the offer is from October 26, 2017, to March 24, 2018. The Vistara discounted sale offer gives an opportunity to its passengers to plan their travel in advance to some of the popular domestic holiday destinations like Goa, Port Blair, Leh (Ladakh), Jammu, Srinagar, Kochi, Guwahati, Amritsar, Bhubaneswar, as well as metro cities such as Delhi, Kolkata, Mumbai and Bengaluru, the company said.
