Dera HQ search operation: Tunnels leading to Sadhvi Niwas, explosives found
The search and sanitisation operations inside Dera Saccha Sauda headquarters in Haryana's Sirsa district began on Friday morning.
The Haryana Government on Saturday said that an illegal explosives factory, a window-like path leading from Dera Awas to Sadhvi Niwas was found inside Dera Sacha Sauda headquarters in Sirsa during the sanitisation operations which began on Friday.
From the 'gufa' where the Dera head used to stay, a passageway was found which opens to 'Sadhvi Niwas', (where his female disciples were kept), according to state Information and Public Relations Department Deputy Director, Satish Mehra, who has been authorised by the administration to speak to the media.
"A fibre tunnel too has been located during the search of the dera," he said.
News agency ANI quoted Deputy Director of Haryana Public Relations Department Satish Mehra as saying that the factory has been sealed and explosives and fire crackers were seized.

"Have formed separate SITs for all cases in Panchkula. Teams are working on their respective cases," Panchkula DCP, Manbir Singh told ANI.
The search and sanitisation operations inside Dera Saccha Sauda headquarters in Haryana's Sirsa district began on Friday morning. Around 41 Paramilitary companies, 4 Army columns, police of 4 districts, 1 SWAT team and 1 dog squad have been deployed for search operations.
Two rooms full of cash were sealed, some computers and hard disks were seized yesterday.
Curfew was imposed in areas surrounding Dera Sacha Sauda HQ which will continue till search operations last.

The Dera is spread over two campuses, 600 acres and over 100 acres, about eight km from Sirsa town and 260 km from Chandigarh. The sprawling Dera headquarters houses a stadium, a hospital, educational institutions, a resort, houses, markets and other infrastructure.
