Critic Arvind Kejriwal praises BJP minister: Here is why
New Delhi, Apr 30: In a surprise to many, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal known for criticising Narendra Modi led NDA government, has praised the work of Union Railway Minister Suresh Prabhu.
He congratulated Union Railway minister for his effort to provide 3 crore 20 lakh litre water to drought-affected Latur in Maharashtra by water train.
Before praising Prabhu, Kejriwal also commended Union Minister of Road Transport and Highways and Shipping Nitin Gadkari.
"I congratulate Hon'ble Railway Minister Sh @sureshpprabhu ji. He is doing a commendable job (sic)," tweeted Arvind Kejriwal.
Currently, around 15,000 villages in the state, a majority of them in Latur, Beed and Osmanabad district, are gripped by an acute water shortage.
Latur has received around 70 lakh litre water by train till April 20.
