Cong failed, but media exaggerating about Modi: Stalin
He said that Vijaykanth's alliance with BJP, Vaiko and Dr Ramadoss was an opportunistic alliance. For BJP'S Prime MInistrial candidate, Narendra Modi, Stalin said that the media is exaggerating and that the election results will prove the actual scene.
However, he had a positive word for Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi and said that he could be induced in the Cabinet and could have been allowed to gain some experience. Even while he said that, he agreed that the Congress had failed to fulfil the promises of the people.
On Karunanidhi's comment on joining Congress if the latter apologised, Stalin said that if DMK and Congress joined hands, the party would work for the development of Tamil Nadu and that it would play a major role in forming the centre.
And as far as Jayalalitha's aspiration of becoming the Prime Minister of India was concerned, he mocked saying,"she could become the President of United States if she wants".
When questioned about Jaya's criticism of DMK for taking in members like Dayanidhi Maran and A Raja (guilty in 2G scam), Stalin said,"even she is facing the music from a Bangalore court. Our ministers have at least stepped down from the Cabinet and are facing trial. She on the other hand is being given adjournments so that she could contest the elections."
Strangely, the leader mention anything about elder brother Alagiri.
