International Women's Day is celebrated across the world on March 8 celebrating the strength and achievements of women. The first International Women's Day was celebrated in 1911 as a result of the International Conference of Woking Women.
Today, however, it is celebrated across the world celebrating the achievements of women in social, economic, cultural and other fields. This year the theme for Women's Day is 'Be Bold for Change.' Here are some images of International Women's Day ebing celebrated in India:
