Food rant: BSF sacks Yadav, jawan to appeal in court

It may be recalled that Yadav had posted a video about the bad quality of food served to jawans, which created a storm.

The Border Security Force has sacked jawan Tej Bahadur Yadav from service. Yadav had created a storm when he posted a video complaining about the bad quality of food served to the jawans.

It may be recalled that Yadav had also appealed to the Prime Minister for support. While in the first video he complained about the quality of food, in the other he spoke about he was being mentally tortured as he had exposed alleged corruption.

In the video he says his phone had been taken away and may have been tampered with. He is seen clarifying about the Pakistan friends. It was said during a probe into his earlier video that several friends from Pakistan on his social media account are under the scanner. However Yadav says that his phone had been tampered with after it was taken away.

He also complains that his voluntary retirement application had been cancelled. Please do not believe any rumours. Only trust what I am saying when I put out a video he also goes on to say.

To appeal in HC:

Yadav said after being dismissed that he would appeal in the High Court. He said that this is what happens when you speak out the truth. He said that he hoped to get justice in the High Court.

He said such things have been happening for years now. I am hopeful of getting justice before the judiciary. I have full faith in the judiciary he also said.
