Bhopal, Dec 11:At a time when the nation is feeling proud over Kailash Satyarthi winning the Nobel Peace Prize 2014, MLAs and ministers from the Nobel laureate's home state are unaware about his achievement.

Bringing embarrassment to the ruling BJP government in the state, several ignorant BJP MLAs from Madhya Pradesh congratulated senior BJP leader Kailash Vijayvargiya instead for winning the prestigious Nobel Peace Prize.

OMG!BJP MLAs give Nobel to Vijayvargiya
In an attempt to appease Vijayvargiya, the MLAs went on saying that the senior party leader was honoured for the humanitarian work he has done.

Kusum Mehadele, Minister for animal husbandry, food processing and public health engineering along with her fellow minister Gyan Singh (tribal welfare minister) and a few MLAs lauded 'Vijayvargiya's achievements' saying it is a matter of pride for the state and their fraternity.

When asked for a comment on Sathyarthi winning the prestigious prize, Kusum told a news channel, "Meri or se Vijayvargiyaji ko badahai. Sadan badhai ka patra hain."

If this was the condition of BJP MLAs, Opposition Congress MLAs too didn't lagged behind in showing their ignorance. As per Congress MLAs, Kailash Vijayvargiya was conferred the Nobel Peace Prize only because his party is in power at Centre. They even went on saying they'll raise the issue in the state assembly.

Meanwhile, commenting on this issue Kailash Vijayvargiya said this could have happened Kailash Satyarthi, who is a resident of Vidisha district, maintained a low profile.

For the first time in the history, the neighbouring countries India and Pakistan shared a proud moment when the child rights activists of both the nations-Kailash Satyarthi and Malala Yousafzai were jointly conferred with the prestigious Nobel Peace Prize on Wednesday, Dec 10 in Oslo, Norway.

Both the "champions of peace" Kailash Satyarthi and Malala Yousafzai delivered a passionate speech at the Nobel Prize ceremony in Oslo.
