IIT Madras Beef fest: Students protest attack on beef fest organiser

Indian Institute of Technology- Madras students on Wednesday took a protest rally to the dean's office to put their demands in the wake of attack an on a fellow student who organised beef fest on the campus.

Sooraj, associated with the Ambedkar Periyar Study Circle, was injured in his right eye in yesterday's assault allegedly by some students claimed to be Sangh Parivar supporters.
