Bangladeshis living illegally in Karnataka will be deported without fail: Parameshwar
Bengaluru, Aug 3: Karnataka, Deputy Chief Minister, Dr. G Parameshwar has said that strict action would be taken against those illegal immigrants in the state. Speaking to reporters in Bengaluru, Parameshwar said that they have undertaken a drive to identify such persons and action would follow.
We are looking at all persons who have come to Karnataka from abroad, not just the Bangladeshis. We have taken up a drive and recently 100 African students who did not have valid documents have been deported, the Deputy CM also added.

To a question on what action was being taken against the Bangladeshis, he said that the state would surely act against them in case they are found to be living illegally in India.
He said that if they do not have the required papers or other valid documents, the state would not hesitate in acting against them and also deporting them.
