Azmi mocks Karan Johar on surrogacy, calls it as drama
Abu Azmi, the man who makes the headlines in the news for his stale remarks, has once again made headlines on Monday after he mocked filmmaker Karan Johar's twins through surrogacy as drama
New Delhi, March 6: Samajwad Party leader Abu Azmi on Monday appeared in news again for one of his controversial statements. Azmi has now mocked filmmaker Karan Johar for having twins through surrogacy. Speaking to the media on Monday, he reportedly said that Karan has grown up and he should get married. "If he (Karan Johar) has any medical issues to get married, then he should have adopted a kid, " Azmi said. He also called Karan's decision a 'drama'. The SP leader mocked the filmmaker as saying that he is doing a drama of surrogacy.
The comments came a day after Karan announced on social media that he has become a father of twins -- a boy and a girl -- through surrogacy. He named his kids Roohi for the girl and Yash for the boy, reportedly born on February 7. Karan is likely to take his kids home from hospital after two weeks.

It is not the first time that Azmi had made such a loose staement in public. Earlier in January, he said that woman must make themselves less available to avaoid molestation. He also said that if a girl wants to celebrate after dark then she go along with brother or father but not with a stranger. In 2014, the SP leader made headlines again for his shameful remark on rapes. He said that rape is punishable by hanging in Islam. He actually said that the women are also guilty of rape, but they were not punished.
