Anurag Kashyap gets trolled on Twitter after ‘daring’ PM Modi to apologise for his Pak visit
A war of words erupted on social media, after Bollywood filmmaker Anurag Kashyap asked Prime Minister Narendra Modi to apologise for visiting Pakistan last year on Sunday.
This is what Kashyap tweeted:
@narendramodi Sir you haven't yet said sorry for your trip to meet the Pakistani PM.. It was dec 25th. Same time KJo was shooting ADHM? Why?

The filmmaker's "daring" comment against Modi came in the wake of ban imposed on the release of films with Pakistani artistes, due to the ongoing tension between India and Pakistan.
The decision of Cinema Owners Exhibitors Association of India (COEAI) has put a question mark on the release of Karan Johar's upcoming film, Ae Dil Hain Mushkil. The film features Pakistani heart-throb, Fawad Khan.
According to the COEAI, no films with Pakistani actors will be screened in Maharashtra, Goa, Gujarat and Karnataka in the aftermath of Uri attack.
Kashyap said when Indian filmmakers are being penalised, the Prime Minister should also apologise for his Lahore trip, when he met his Pakistani counterpart Nawaz Sharif.
@narendramodi why is it that we have to face it while you can be silent??
