AAP Opposition rally: Must unite to oust Modi call grows louder at Jantar Mantar
New Delhi, Feb 13: The AAP's rally at Jantar Mantar in Delhi on Wednesday was second of its kind in a month which saw leaders from across the opposition share the dias to oust the incumbent government in the upcoming elections.
The daylong show of strength rally did not see as many Opposition leaders as Mamata's United India rally had on January 19. Leaders from only 15 parties turned up for the Delhi show as against the 23 who had turned up for the Kolkata rally.
Rahul Gandhi, who had not attended the Kolkata rally did not attend today's Delhi show either, instead sent senior party leader Anand Sharma to represent the party.

With months to go for the general election, the rally would serve to bring the opposition leaders together in firming up a "Mahagathbandhan" (Grand Alliance) to challenge the BJP and its National Democratic Alliance (NDA) partners.
