The police launched an investigation and have arrested three people so far.

If they are found guilty then they will also be punished, but as of now I don't have any such input: Gulab Chand Kataria,

According to the post mortem report, Rakbar died due to excessive internal bleeding.

A case has been registered under Section 302 (punishment for murder) of the IPC against unidentified men.

The Rakbar Khan incident is reminiscent of a similar incident which took place over a year ago in the same district. In April 2017, Pehlu Khan, a dairy farmer, was lynched allegedly by a group of cow vigilantes while transporting cattle to Haryana.

There have been several such lynching incidents in Rajasthan particularly in Alwar district, which has become a hotbed of cow vigilantism.
