Bengaluru, Nov 18: As a part of the campaign, MyCityMyBudget, actress-turned-politician Ramya wants the local government to look into effective garbage waste management and installation of cycling lanes system across the city.
The former Member of Parliament also wants expansion of city's tree cover and revival of city lakes.
The campaign is an initiative of Janaagraha to cultivate and nurture the spirit of active citizenship among Bengalureans.
Janaagraha is a non-profit organisation based in Bengaluru. It works with citizens and the government to improve the quality of life in Indian cities and towns.
