Talwars likely to walk free on Monday
DR Maurya, jailor, Dasna Jail, said that the Talwar couple's release is likely on Friday after they receive the court judgment through official channels.
The Talwar couple is unlikely to walk out of Dasna jail on Friday as the copy of the verdict that acquitted them has not yet been delivered to prison officials. They will be released only on Monday.
They were acquitted by the Allahabad High Court on Thursday in the murder case of their daughter, Aarushi, and domestic help, Hemraj.
Talwars' Tanvir Mir Ahmed tells ANI that "Rajesh and Nupur Talwar not to be released from Dasna jail today."
DR Maurya, jailor, Dasna Jail, said: "If the order comes today before the jail closes, they (Talwar couple) will be released today itself, but the possibility is less."

The High Court on Thursday struck down a CBI court order convicting them for the murder of their daughter, Aarushi, and domestic help, Hemraj, in 2013.
The court on Thursday said the Talwars can't be convicted based on mere suspicion and the Talwars should be given the benefit of doubt."
On 26 November 2013, the Talwars were awarded life sentence by a special CBI court in Ghaziabad
