New Delhi, March 16: Infighting within Aam Aadmi Party is getting murkier day by day. Taking offence for calling him black-mailer and an opportunist, former AAP MLA Rajesh Garg on Monday served legal notice to party leader Kumar Vishwas.

According to an ANI report, Garg has asked for an unconditional apology within 15 days of sending the notice. Furious with the Vishwas's obnoxious remark, former AAP MLA has even threatened to file criminal case if Kumar will not seek an apology.

Meanwhile, Kumar Vishwas has reacted sharply and said that Garg is blackmailing him for not given ticket in Delhi Assembly election.

Earlier, Rajesh Garg on Saturday claimed that he has received two threat calls since he accused Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal of trying to poach six Congress MLAs to form government last year.

The former Rohini MLA, who shares an uneasy relationship with the party leadership, had recorded a conversation between him and Kejriwal in which the Delhi CM is purportedly heard asking Garg to break six Congress MLAs and form another party which could support the AAP. Lashing out at Garg, the party had said that recording was passed on by a "disgruntled element" who was denied a party ticket.
