Hyderabad, Aug 9: Rare photographs of the city of Hyderabad from the Nizam's dominion have been brought back to life and will be on display at the Hyderabad State Museum for the next two weeks.

These century-old photos have been developed from glass-plate negatives that presided then. Around 30 photographs of major monuments will be on display under the banner "Heritage on Glass". Organised by the state archaeology and museums department, close to 4,800 glass plates have been digitised and preserved.
