How does it feel when we meet somebody we love deeply from our heart after a long, long time? Heavenly, isn't it? And guess how does it feel when two siblings, both suffering from Alzheimer's, meet each other for the first time after an age and recognise each other at once?

The video here tells such a story. Ann Patrick and Marguerita Wilson, both in the late stages of their lives and suffering from the disease, were over the moon when they met each other after a decade and half, thanks to Ann's granddaughter Louise.

The two old sisters' reunion was an emotional moment for everybody present at the scene as were they themselves. The striking part is that despite her communication problems, Ann recognised her long-lost sister and recognised her. They hugged each other, bringing tears of joy to eyes of everyone present around them.

Louise met Marguerita at an Alzeimer's club by chance and noticing striking similarities between Marguerita and her grandmom, she dug deeper into her background to understand that she was Ann's real sister and they did not see each other for a long, long time. She then contacted Marguerita's daughter and arranged a meeting between the two sisters at Ann's care home in Wiltshire, England.
