Lucknow, June 15: As the month-long Ramazan comes to an end, Muslims across the world and India are all geared up to celebrate Eid al-Fitr with great pomp and gaiety.

While rest of India will celebrate Eid on Saturday (June 16), Kerala will mark the day on Friday (June 15), as the date to celebrate the biggest festival of the Muslims varies from place to place depending on the sighting of the moon.

If you are in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh now, then don't miss the Eid special dessert, sevaiyan, prepared by a city-based restaurant. The eatery is serving Eid sevaiyan named after Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Uttar Pradesh chief minister Yogi Adityanath.

Revealing the reason behind serving Modi and Yogi sevaiyan, the owner of the restaurant told ANI, "We have named one after Yogi Ji since it's made in a handi (an earthenware or metal pot used in Indian cooking) in a traditional way and one after Modi Ji since it's a fusion of both modern and traditional ways."

Now, that is a good enough reason to visit the eatery and taste their special vermicelli-based sweet item named after Modi and Yogi. While a kilogram of Modi sevaiyan costs Rs 800, a kilogram of Yogi sevaiyan is priced at Rs 1,200.
