- What are the norms for inter-state travel?You will have to enrol on https://www.spandana.ap.gov.in/online_user. All will be screened on arrival and then will have to under home quarantine, if they test negative. If you come from a COVID hotspot, you will be put under institutional quarantine for 7 days and then 7 days home quarantine.
- Can I fly to Andhra Pradesh from other countries?International passengers traveling to the state need to enroll on spandana.ap.gov.in before buying the ticket. Symptomatic ones will be tested on arrival and sent to institutional quarantine. They will be tested again after 7 days. If found negative, they will be released for home quarantine of another 7 days.
Arunachal Pradesh
- What are the norms of intra-state travel?You can travel within the state, but there would be thorough checks.
- What are the norms for inter-state travel?You can travel if you are a local of the area. Ban on travel by non-locals will continue.
- What are the international travel norms?Downloading the Aarogya Setu app is mandatory. You will be sent to 14 day home quarantine, if asymptomatic. If you show signs, you will be taken to a COVID-19 care centre.
Assam

- What are the norms for inter-state travel?Mandatory institutional quarantine for 7 days followed by home quarantine for 7 days. Pregnant women, elderly persons above 75 years, persons attending funeral of immediate relation, children below 10 years, specially abled, immediate relative of hospitalized patients, people with co-morbidities are exempted.
- What are the international travel norms?All those are flying from aborad should give an undertaking before boarding that they would undergo 7 days paid institutional quarantine and 7 days home isolation with self-monitoring of health. Exemption for elderly, specially abled people, pregnant women, children below 10 years of age and person attending funeral of his/her close relative.
Bihar
- What are the norms for intra state travel?There are no restrictions
- What are norms for inter-state travel:If you are coming from Surat, Ahmedabad in Gujarat; Mumbai, Pune in Maharashtra; Delhi, Ghaziabad, Faridabad, Noida in Uttar Pradesh; Kolkata, West Bengal, Gurugram and Bengaluru, you will have to undergo quarantine for 14 days.
- Can I fly to Bihar from other countries?Yes, but you will be put under mandatory paid qurantine for 14 days if you are asymptomatic. Symptomatic passengers will be taken to medical facilities.
Chhatisgarh

- What are the norms for inter-state travel?Yes, you can travel to the state, but will need to get an e-pass on https://raipur.gov.in/cg-covid-19-epass/. You will have to undergo quarantine of 14 days at home and if you show symptoms, you will be taken to a COVID care centre.

Delhi
