NSUI protests big fat Reddy wedding

While Janardhana Reddy was letting money flow like water at his daughter's pompous wedding, the National Student Union of India staged a protest against it. Members of NSUI demonstrated against the lavish wedding at the Maurya Circle in Bengaluru stating that money was being spent lavishly at the time of a cash crunch.

"PM has asked common man of the country to manage with limited money and resources but his party men spend lavishly on their families. So who is the real black money hoarder here", asked one of the protestors
NSUI members accused the BJP of dual standards for claiming to curb black money on one hand and encouraging extravagant expenditure by people like Janardhana Reddy who is also accused of ammasing wealth beyond his known sources of income.
The IT department said it is keeping a watch on the wedding and Reddy himself assured the media that all expenses incurred on the wedding and his income will be declared to appropriate agencies shortly.
