Senior leaders of the BJP demand that the state government ban organisations like KFD, SDPI and PFI
Condemning the recent attacks on its members and pro-right wing activists, Karnataka BJP has called for a statewide bandh on November 8. Senior leaders of the BJP have directed all district units to protest across the state on Tuesday against killings of BJP, RSS and Sangh parivar workers in Karnataka over the last 2 years. The statewide protest is also aimed at reiterating BJP's opposition to government celebrating Tipu Jayanthi on November 10.

Rudresh
murder's
in
Bengaluru
and
Magali
Ravi's
death
in
Mysuru
have
given
ammunition
to
the
BJP
to
question
the
state
government
on
the
prevalent
law
and
order
scenario.

Mysuru-Kodagu MP Pratap Simha on Saturday had called for bandh in 4 taluks of Mysuru following the death of BJP worker Magali Ravi near Periyapatna. The MP alleged that it was a political murder and called for a bandh in Hunsur, Periyapatna, K R Nagar and H D Kote on Monday.
