Aero India 2017: Yakovlevs, Tejas and Skycats steal the show

The biennial air show and aviation exhibition in said to be the largest air show in Asia and second largest in the world after Paris air show.


Yakovlevs, LCA Tejas and Scadinavian Skycats team stole the show at the fourth day of the Aero India 2017 in Bengaluru on Friday.

Being held at the Yelahanka base in the city's outskirts, the 11th edition of the five-day aerospace and defence event has included civil aviation and airport infrastructure for the first time to showcase products and technologies.

The biennial air show and aviation exhibition in said to be the largest air show in Asia and second largest in the world after Paris air show. Around 270 Indian and 279 foreign firms participated in the event this year.

A spectacular show by Scandinavian air acrobatics team at the Yelahanka enthralled the spectators.

Light Combat Aircraft Tejas
