Porn in Vidhana Soudha hits Bangalore yet again
The state government has decided to build a network firewall to restrict the employees who use their official computer systems to watch pornography. SR Patil, Information Technology Minister of Karnataka, expressed his grief while stating, "It was unfortunate that a section of employees in ‘the seat of power' were abusing the facility."
"It is brought to my notice and I conducted meetings with senior officials to discuss ways to curb the menace. The firewall idea is an outcome of such meetings," added Patil.
Firewalls would be installed in all connections, wired and wireless. It would specifically block any pornographic content. It would prevent employees at the Vidhana Soudha and the Vikasa Soudha from downloading or streaming porn sites.

The state earlier was hit a by another porn-controversy when three MLAs allegedly were caught watching porn during a session in the Vidhana Soudha.
The three three former BJP ministers were - CC Patil, Lakshmana Savadi and Krishna Palemar. They were caught in a video camera of a private TV channel in Bangalore. The tainted trio allegedly watched porn movie in mobile phone inside the House.
