The single window clearance mechanism is also being revitalised to ensure faster clearance of cases regarding setting up of new industrial ventures on fast track basis, Kichloo said.

The Minister said issuance of no demand certificate for the purpose of employment within stipulated time frame of five days has also been brought under the PSGA.

He said registration of new industrial units within five days after submitting application along with required documents has also been brought under the PSGA.
