Indonesia reels under aftershocks of 8.2; India shakes too
The agency has added that there are no signs of low tide that is indicative of a tsunami.
The impact of the aftershocks were felt in India as well in Guwahati and parts of Orissa. There are also reports of low intensity quake of 3.4 in the Arabian sea as well. According to Met department director Rajeev Nair, "The shock registered at 18.6 degree latitude and 71.3 degree longitude in the Arabian Sea." The epicentre of the Arabian sea quake is understood to be 155 km from Mumbai. The quake was felt in certain parts of North Mumbai.
