Muammar Gaddafi
Libya, Feb 23: Slain Libyan dictator's daughter, Aisha Gaddafi filed a formal petition at the International Criminal Court seeking her father's death certificate.

According to Nick Kaufman, lawyer of Aisha Gaddafi on Wednesday said that the move was to show that her brother Saif al-Islam, that the Libya's National Transitional Council was not capable of giving him a fair trial.

According to her lawyer, it was not clear as where they were supposed to apply to get Gaddafi's death certificate.

"Why are the Libyan authorities claiming they are capable of trying Seif al-Islam when they can't take care of properly handling a single document?" Kaufman said.

Meanwhile, talking about Muammar Gaddafi's final days, his driver revealed that the slain dictator 'Gaddafi wasn't scared, was clueless'.

Muammar Gaddafi was killed by NATO on the outskirts of his hometown Sirte on Oct 20, 2011.
