Google Real Time
California, Jul 4: It seems like Google's experiments on its search engine has gone wild. The web giant Google is planning to remove some of the unsuccessful products from its search engine. While Google continues to introduce new changes to search engine, the 'Google Realtime' search result has disappeared.

Google Real-Time Search shows live real-time information from sources that include Twitter, Facebook, blogs, and news websites. Google introduced the realtime feature on Dec 7, 2009 and included Facebook status updates on Feb 24, 2010.

Google rolled out the Real-Time Search to compete with Microsoft's search engine Bing, which also have the similar feature, which showed results from Twitter and Facebook.

Google recently announced that that they are working with a new project that brings changes to Google search engine and search result. Google is trying to give more seamless and consistent online experience irrespective of various Google products.

Google claimed that they are working with the new design with three principles: focus, elasticity and effortlessness.

Currently, the direct URL to real-time search is showing a '404' message. We are not certain whether Google did it intentionally or it happened due to any technical glitches. Anyhow, it would be sad if they decide to axe this service.
