Motorola Droid X2 - The Double Power Black Horse
The new Motorola Droid X2 is Verizon Wireless' first smartphone packing a dual-core 1 GHz processor. Motorola claimed that Droid X2 is exclusively designed for the consumer who does everything on their smartphone. With its massive 4.3-inch scratch-resistant and anti-reflective qHD display, Droid X2 is really an entertainment smartphone.
Motorola Droid X2 runs on Android 2.2 Froyo operating syste, but it is expected to get Android 2.3 Gingerbread in near future. It is powered with NVIDIA Tegra 2 dual-core 1GHz processor, which is more than enough to run the Motorola BLUR UI.
Droid X2 has a 8 megapixel camera at rear Dual-LED Flash. This camera is powered to capture images with 3266×2450 pixels resolution and 720p HD videos at 30fps. The device offers 8 GB internal memory and preloaded with another 8 GB micro SD card. It has a 32 GB memory expansion support.
Additional features on Droid X2 include Mirror Mode, which allows users to view and share your photos, videos and downloaded movies on a larger TV via HDMI output, Mobile Hotspot capability, allowing users to share your 3G connection with up to five Wi-Fi-enabled devices.
The Virtual QWERTY keyboard features SWYPE technology for quick and easy typing of messages and emails. Also, it give access to Google Mobile Services, including Gmail, YouTube, Google Talk, Google Search and Google Maps, as well as access to more than 200,000 apps available to download from Android Market.

Motorola claimed that Droid X2 provides talktime up to 8 hours and a standby time of 220 hours. Motorola has started the online sale of Droid X2 and will be available in Verizon stores in the US on May 26 for $199.99 on a two-year contract with Verizon customers.
