California, May 5: Making the 'Browser War' more public, the search engine giant Google launched a new TV advertisement for its popular internet browser, Google Chrome.

The new '90 second Chrome ad' touches the emotions of the public by narrating a dad-daughter relation. This ad depicts a father writing messages to his daughter from the day she's born through her childhood, using Gmail, Chrome, and other Google services.

Unlike other Chrome internet ads that define the browser's speed, the new ad describes the features and uses of Google services through Chrome browser. New Chrome TV ad stands along with 'It Gets Better Project', a movement that has generated thousands of uplifting videos that give hope to gay teens.

Recently, Google released the new Chrome 11 with HTML 5 voice input feature. Also, users can convert their recorded speech into text format and convert this to other languages using Google Translate.

According to the latest survey conducted by Net Applications in the web browser market, Google Chrome managed to grow up 0.4 percent in Mar 2011, while the market dominator Microsoft's Internet Explorer slided to 55.1 per cent from 55.9 per cent.

It is expected that Android maker Google may announce more updates to the Crome browser in its annual developer conference, Google I/O 2011. Moreover, the California based company may also announce the brand new Google Chrome operating system as some of the manufacturers are reportedly ready for the launch of netbooks running on this upcoming OS.
