Digvijay's remark should be probed: Kavita Karkare
Kavita Karkare said in Mumbai on Sunday, Dec 12 that Digvijay's remarks on death of her husband will give a wrong picture on the Mumbai terrorist attack. She also added that she disagree with the view that Hindutva groups were involved in 26/11 attack.
"It has to be inquired into, because many people say Hindutva forces were behind it (Karkare's death). Books have been written about it too. These things could have a dangerous impact on the 26/11 investigations," Kavita Karkare said to reporters after attending the preview of the movie 332 Mumbai to India.
Kavita Karkare also said that she don't want the issue to be politicised.
Earlier on Saturday, Dec 11, Digvijay Singh told that ATS Chief Hemant Karkare had called him hours before his death in the terrorist shoot-out. He also claimed that Hemant Karkare was under threat by those opposing the Malegaon blast probe.
