Britain heading towards hung parliament
London, May 7: Britain seems to be heading towards a hung parliament even as the counting of the votes in the general elections is underway.
While Conservative Party is emerging the single-largest party, Incumbent Prime Minister Gordon Brown's Labour is mulling the possibility of putting together a coalition government with the Liberal Democrats.
As per exit poll predictions, Conservatives will be just a few seats shot of achieving a 326 majority. Labour is projected to secure 255 seats while Nick Klegg's Liberal Democrats are projected to win 61 seats.
