Ghandy approaches Delhi HC against narco test
New Delhi, Nov 4: Maoist leader, Kobad Ghandy has reportedly approached the Delhi High Court against the trial court's order allowing narco-analysis.
Ghandy on Wednesday, Nov 4 approached the court challenging the trial court's order which was passed on Oct 31 allowing the plea of the Delhi Police.
In a plea filed on Oct 20 the investigating agency stated that it was unable to extract any information from Maoist leader.
The trial court allowed narco-test after a panel of doctors from AIIMS gave medical clearance certifying that the 59-year-old Ghandy was fit to undergo the test.
