Malay restaurant offering 'sex' on menu raided
Kuala Lumpur, June 4 (ANI): Police in Malaysia have discovered that a restaurant was enjoying brisk business by offering more than just some delectable dishes on the menu-women from China.
Cops got suspicious of the roaring business by the restaurant in the Puchong Utama Industrial Park, after they got tipped that patrons could also order sex on the menu.
When a police team was dispatched to keep the restaurant under surveillance, they observed that patrons go in and out of the premises at all hours of the night.
"After several days of surveillance, a police team raided the restaurant about 10.45pm on Tuesday night. One man, believed to be the pimp, was arrested along with 10 women from China," the New Strait Times quoted a police source as saying.
The source added: "Vice syndicates, feeling the heat of numerous police raids, had sought to avoid detection by using the restaurant as a front. However, the brisk business eventually gave it away."
The women from China had apparently entered Malaysia on social visit passes. They might be handed over to the Immigration Department.
Police also raided a karaoke club in Subang Jaya on Tuesday night and arrested 21 women from China.
Selangor police chief Datuk Khalid Abu Bakar confirmed both operations. (ANI)
