Sri Ram Sena will not contest LS polls: Muthalik

Gulbarga, Mar 5: Pramod Muthalik, the controversial Sri Ram Sena chief said that the party will meet on Mar 8 to discuss its role in the coming Lok Sabha polls. But Muthalik said that Sena will not contest in any seats in the election.

"We just don't have the money, even for electioneering. You require crores of rupees in these elections'', Muthalik said. He said that Sena have prepared a 15-point agenda and will distribute to the candidates. Whoever will take up these issues Sena will urge people to vote for those candidates.

Muthalik condemned the attack on Srilankan cricketers and said, "it proves that Pakistan is involved in terrorist activities."

Muthalik and his Sri Ram Sena came to limelight after the controversial 'Mangalore pub attack' in which girls were assaulted and abused in public.
