London, Feb 13 (ANI): King of Pop Michael Jackson, whose ever-changing looks have always been a subject of speculation, has once again hit the headlines with reports suggesting that his nose may soon fall off due to a skin-ravaging infection.

MRSA expert Mark Enright, a professor at Imperial College London, says that Jackson's skin has a 'Staph' infection, which has made his skin immune to any antibiotic medication.

And therefore, his skin problem is aggravating with each passing day, leaving his nose in jeopardy.

It is being assumed that the singer might have got the bug-infection during a reconstructive nose job.

The 'Heal The World' hitmaker is under observation, as he is suffering from painfully inflamed skin on his face and hands, and his skin may never heal properly, if reports are to be believed.

"A wound infection like MRSA on a delicate area like the nose could cause the tissue to collapse," the Sun quoted Prof Enright as saying.

Meanwhile, Michael is reportedly receiving treatment for the bug via an intravenous drip at Beverly Hills clinic, and was pictured leaving the clinic with inflamed and blotchy skin partly concealed beneath a surgical mask. (ANI)
