Obama immortalised through series of 'Action Man' dolls
London, January 24 (ANI): Japanese firm Gamu-Toys has come up with a series of an 'Action Man' dolls inspired by U.S. President Barack Obama, which show him wielding guns, samurai swords and a Star Wars lightsaber.
While one toy shows the President brandishing a samurai sword to attack his enemy, another is a peaceful model that depicts him standing casually with his suit jacket slung over his shoulder, making an impassioned speech.
The toys are 1/6 in scale and stand roughly 12in in height. They come with interchangeable heads and hands.
No official price has yet been set for the Barack Obama action figures, reports the Telegraph.
Obama is not the first American politician to be immortalised as an action figure, for dolls inspired by former Republican vice-presidential candidate Sarah Palin-complete with lipstick, glasses and a gun strapped to her thigh-are also available.
Obama's daughters, Sasha and Malia, are also thought to be the inspiration behind two new dolls set to hit shops in the US. (ANI)
